It is my honor to support the NY Food Bank with my first single release show with ADIM records at the Bowery Electric May 16 from 7-9pm. 100% of the ticket sales will go to the NY Food Bank. The event kicks off with a set by Cat Rickman at 7pm.
I first became aware of all the good the Food Bank does when a landlord of mine in Hawaii was the head volunteer cordinator. As someone who grew up in a very small town where some of my close friends experienced hunger I know children can not focus on learning, creating or thriving when they are hungry. ~ Carrie Able

Please help me support Food Bank For New York City.
Food Bank For New York City has been the city’s major hunger-relief organization working to end hunger throughout the five boroughs for 35 years. Nearly one in five New Yorkers rely on Food Bank for food and other resources. Through its network of more than 1,000 soup kitchens, food pantries and charities, Food Bank provides food for more than 58 million free meals for New Yorkers in need. Food Bank For New York City’s income support services, including food stamps (also known as SNAP) and free tax assistance for the working poor, put more than $110 million each year into the pockets of New Yorkers, helping them to afford food and achieve greater dignity and independence. In addition, Food Bank’s nutrition education programs and services empower more than 50,000 children, teens and adults to sustain a healthy diet on a low budget.
